Best Practices and Learnings While Running Your Intelligent Automation Program

There is not an enterprise nowadays that is not looking to start or already delivering Intelligent Automation projects. While  automation is already very popular investment, it is still not a mature industry and flocked with many players of software and integration partners.

It is critical to select the most appropriate technologies to avoid expensive mistakes. Companies need to find the sweet spot among options of buying vs. building applications. Due to dynamic nature and unclear/ever-changing requirements, companies need to adopt the Agile delivery methodologies. 

There are pros and cons of in sourcing or outsourcing the work. It is always a challenge to go after a best of breed vs. an E2E platform. Starting RPA projects are rather easy but how to cross the chasm to go beyond basic automation is still a mystery for the enterprise market. Finally, most companies undermine the complexity & cost of the post production IT operations. We will have a pragmatic discussion on the above topics.
